Ron has built his entire life around music. He earned a Bachelors degree at the University of Alabama, a Masters of Music degree at Georgia State University, and worked towards a Ph.D in Music at The University of Southern Mississippi. Ron previously served as the Musical Director at First United Methodist Church and Director of Fine Arts and Music at Brentwood Academy. He then opened Shuff’s Music & Piano Showroom in 1978, and the 1st Ave Sound Recording Studio in 2011, both located in the Historic Downtown of Franklin, TN. Ron is also an accomplished musician, and has served as the Band Leader for the past 20 years, at The Ron Shuff Music Revue.

A Kentucky native, Sarah earned a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Western Kentucky University with a clarinet principle and piano secondary. She has been with Shuff’s Music since 1988 and has vast knowledge of all musical instruments. Sarah works with local musicians, piano teachers, band directors, students, and parents.
